Cooking Ramen Recipe
Put water in a pot and start the fire with medium heat. Wait until the water boils. Once it's boiling, add the chicken stock and rice wine, then reduce the heat to low and let the dashi simmer.
In another pot, add some oil, and chop the carrots and onions, then put them into the pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
Afterward, add mung bean sprouts, nori, and salt to the first pot. Strain the ramen noodles and add them to the dashi. Enjoy your homemade ramen!
